If you have been designated as an Approval Operator, you will have an Order Approval link available on the left navigation menu. The Pending Order Approval Page lists all orders that are awaiting approval before being sent to us. You may sort the list by order number,
shipping location, or the name of the person the order was shipped attention to.
You may go through the list, and click either Approve, Hold, Delete, or Modify Order. If you choose to modify the order, you will be taken to the Shopping Cart page for the person who originally placed the order. From there, you can make any necessary adjustments to quantities or imprint information.
When you are finished making selections, click the Update Pending Orders button. Orders that have been marked Approve will be sent to us. Orders on Hold will remain in your list of pending orders. Orders marked Delete will be eliminated from your Pending Orders list.
